So the hundred pushup challenge is really challenging me. I was not strong enough to move onto week 3. According to the website if you are not strong enough to move onto the next week, you are to repeat the same week you were on. I can do 15 regular pushups with no problem. Week 3 however the intervals are a bit too high for me. I am doing week 2 again, and hopefully will be moving onto week 3.
